Bellaforte Achieves Miami Dade NOA

Looking for the most durable synthetic slate roofing tile available? Bellaforte has recently earned the Miami Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) for its patented slate product line.

The synthetic slate roof tiles, which have already met the Florida Building Code (FBC) qualifications, have met wind resistance testing of up to 175 mph during independent lab testing. Category 5 hurricanes have sustained winds greater than 155 mph during severe weather conditions.

The NOA issued to Bellaforte slate synthetic roofing tiles was presented after DaVinci Roofscapes submitted documentation that has been reviewed by the Building Code Compliance Office (BCCO) and accepted by the Building Code and Product Review Committee.

Anyone interested in green roof construction and synthetic roofing products should also know that Bellaforte slate roofing tiles have been designed to comply with the Florida Building Code, including the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building Code.
