Another luxury roof installed by a longtime contractor. This Valoré Shake roof, installed by Heiland Roofing of Wichita, Kansas, was chosen by the homeowner because of it's natural appearance of a wood shake roof, combined with the outsanding quality of the product.
Valoré Shake is a simulated shake roofing material made by DaVinci Roofscapes. For the most realistic look on the market, the polymer roof tiles are nine inches in width, and two realistic textures are blended throughout the bundles - a straight grain texture and a wavy grain texture. Valoré Shake comes in four color blends, Verona, Abruzzo, Espresso and Tuscano.
Mike Heiland, the Owner and President of Heiland Roofing, says he likes to install this shake alternative in a staggered pattern to give the roof even more dimension and texture.
