Hailing Oklahoma

If you are an Oklahoma-native, then you have probably heard the word "hail" quite often in the past few months. Recently, in Nichols Hills, Oklahoma, the threat of hail storms has been at its highest. Hail, often falling in the size of grapefruits, has severely damaged roofs. When hail fails at high speeds in large amounts, the impact on your roof can be harmful, potentially knocking shingles or cracking joints in your roof.

However, DaVinci Roofscapes leads the line of roofing products when it comes to providing customers with products that offer both safety and style. When tested under similar rainy and windy conditions, whether simulated shake roofing or fake slate, DaVinci products withstood the heavy rains, strong winds, and massive amounts of hail as if no storm had transpired.

All of DaVinci products are tested to withstand excessive winds and hail, and, thus, carry a Class 4 Impact rating. When you install a DaVinci composite slate roof that carries this Class 4 Impact rating, many insurance companies will offer a reduction on your premiums, therefore not draining your wallet, too.

The video below is only one extreme example of the torrential rain and hail that is so common during the summer months.
