Hurricane season’s here. A media tour titled Storm Preparedness SMT produced to inform viewers of the Simonton Stormbreaker Plus Windows and DaVinci Roofscapes Bellaforte tiles is embedded in this post.
Hurricanes are accompanied by water, wind and high-impacting objects even hail. Most typical slate shingles give way under the impact of hail and high wind, thus leaving your house and everything inside it to the mercy of the hurricane.
DaVinci’s Bellaforte roofing tiles, however, are made of polymer resin, which lends them a flexibility and durability. Hail may simply bounces off the roof without causing any damage. Bellaforte tiles are also uniquely designed so that they interlock together and stay in place even under onslaught of high velocity hurricane force wind (up to 175 mph).
If you reside in an area that is prone to hurricanes, especially at this time of the year, it makes sense for you to invest in a roof that will stand. Most houses and their inmates would be able to stay perfectly safe if their roofs, windows and doors would hold – this video addresses all three.
