Do you have a DaVinci fake cedar shake roof or a DaVinci Slate Tile roof? We would love to hear about it! Since our products are sold through distributors and contractors (where a distributor isn't present), we don't always have the pleasure of hearing about your DaVinci Roof experience. We especially like before and after photos! Be sure to contact us, if you are a DaVinci Roof homeowner.
Recently, a homeowner, who wished to remain anonymous, wrote in (through e-mail and sent us photos too!) to tell us about their roof.
I just wanted to write in and tell you how in love I am with my DaVinci fake slate roof.
I purchased my home in 2005 and shortly after wards decided to purchase a DaVinci Slate Gray roof because the roof on the home was 20 years old.
It had three layers of asphalt shingles on it, and as you might have guessed didn't look all that great. In fact, almost all the homes in my neighborhood have either asphalt shingles or wood shingles, some have a cedar shake roof too.
Although a DaVinci Slate roof is more expensive than an asphalt shingle roof, I decided to splurge a little bit on the purchase because, after all, it is a 50 year roof.
I cannot tell you how many compliments I get. In fact, the lady across the street thought it was real slate for 2 years! She came over to ask me about it when she needed her roof re-done, only to find out that it wasn't real!
Thank you for such a great product! My DaVinci roof looks as good today as the day I bought it, and I know it is going to help the resale value of my home because it makes the curb appeal all the more appealing!"
